Prices begin at £240 for freehold properties up to 3 bedrooms.  please call for price for leashold and larger properties.	£80.00	£75.00	£70.00

Prices do not include VAT

We will endevour to answer all telephone queries within 4 working hours and carry out inspections within three days of instuction. 

Certificates will be lodged within 12 hours of inpection.
